I was 40 lbs overweight and frustrated with all the health influencers and popular books that were taking me exactly nowhere. When I was finally at my wits' end, I found something extraordinary. I didn't believe it would work at first, but then magic happened.

The solution: neuro-biological brain hacking

A coach used mental techniques to help me reprogram my brain and habits. I dropped back to my weight in my 20s. I just had to share this new mental technology with the world. That's why I became a certified health coach through the American Council on Exercise™ (ACE).
