While therapy is essential, I discovered that changing my daily habits—what I eat, how I move, and how I care for myself—made therapy even more effective. Now, I help clients use nutrition and exercise to boost their mood, reduce symptoms, and get more out of every therapy session.

I have been working with Nick Dunbar, Hypothesis Coaching, for my pre-diabetics, MCS, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and aging issues. He has helped me make significant changes in my health. My A1C numbers are almost to the normal range now and I have lost 15 pounds as well. My short-term memory has returned to normal. So nice to have "me" back. He has helped me figure out how to get detoxed and which diet and protocols to use to get my MCS (Started with Mercury poisoning) on the road to recovery. I wanted to lose weight and Nicholas was a great help because he is very knowledgeable about foods and exercise, and his kind and gentle approach worked for me. I also wanted to declutter my house and finish writing my book. My book is now published! Decluttering might be an unusual problem to present to a coach, but his coaching helped with this too. What a kind and wonderful person he is! He never tells you what to do, but helps you decide what actions you can take that will achieve your goals.
